Lucky Hank (2023)

Based on the novel Straight Man by Richard Russo, the AMC original series Lucky Hank stars comedy legend Bob Odenkirk in the title role. Hank is the chair of the English department at the woefully underfunded Railton College in rural Pennsylvania, and when we first meet him, he's in the midst of the dreaded mid-life crisis. Hank has been checked out of his job basically since he was tenured, leading poetry professor Gracie DuBois (Suzanne Cryer) to challenge his authority and make a run for his position. Now Hank must decide if this job is really worth fighting for, if he can even get up the energy for a fight! 60-year old Bob Odenkirk is in full-on zaddy mode in this series, showing off his phenomenal physique when he goes shirtless in the debut episode!
