Mel England and his fierce stare have been lighting up the off Broadway stage for quite some time. But if you’re not one that attends theater performances on a regular basis, you’re really missing out on Mel. Thankfully, Mel’s acting talents have also earned him roles on television and the big screen, so hermits and shut-ins have a chance to see him in action. Mel made his official acting debut in the clown-filled comedy Little Big Top (2006), which eventually led to spots in the films Archaeology of a Woman (2012), Persona Au Gratin (2012), and Ron and Laura Take Bake America (2014). Though the latter of the films has earned him critical acclaim, it’s Mel’s role in the romantic drama Best Day Ever (2014) that caught Mr. Man’s eye, especially since he made his nude debut by baring it all while making out with his cute, equally-as-nude co-star Tom Saporito. Let’s hope there are plans for a Best Day Ever 2!
