Power Rangers (2017)

If you were a 90's kid who grew up doing spin kicks in your living room while watching Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, you were pretty dang excited to hear that there was a modern, movie update based on the show's pilot episode. Called Power Rangers (2017), the movie might not have been well received, and the sequel that was going to introduce the green ranger might never have happened, but it's more than capable of satisfying your need for nineties nostalgia. Basically, back in the times of dinosaurs the "Power Rangers" were protecting the "Zeo Crystal," when one of them named Rita Repulsa (Elizabeth Banks) went rogue and had to be stopped by Zordon (Bryan Cranston). Centuries later, Zordon needs to create a new team of power rangers to stop them, so he recruits the popular jock Jason (Dacre Montgomery) to be the red ranger, the unpopular loner tech expert Billy (RJ Cyler) to be the blue ranger, hot cheerleader Kimberly (Naomi Scott) to be the pink ranger, new girl Trini (Becky G) to be the yellow ranger, and mama's boy Zack (Ludi Lin) to be the black ranger. Together they'll train, figure out their powers, take out some Putties and save the day. Letting more of the power rangers take their clothes off just might have saved the franchise, since the only one that strips down in the entire movie is Stranger Things star Dacre Montgomery. Dacre and his Death Star delts look amazing when he's shirtless in his room having some kind of crisis. With his abs and bad boy persona, that scene had our dong morphin into a rock hard stiffy! Mr. Man would be powerless to resist the charms of these Power Rangers!
