Richard Belzer is a boy from Bridgeport, Connecticut, who made a real name for himself. You definitely know Richard. He's the older, skinny gentleman who is often seen wearing his signature sunglasses. He is most famous these days for being on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, but you have surely seen him in Scarface, Sesame Street, The Bonfire of the Vanities, Mad Dog and Glory, The Flash as Joe Kline, Fame, and in Man on the Moon as himself. He was also a bit of a social misfit which lead him to be hilarious. He found his footing in comedy and he was even the original audience warm-up comic for Saturday Night Live's first season and he wound up making several guest appearances on the show for the next few years. He found a lot of success doing sketch and standup comedy which lead to his film debut. That film debut also happens to be his nude debut! Our favorite! He played a variety of characters in the classic weirdo film The Groove Tube in 1974. The Groove Tube was a collection of strange, hilarious, and HOT sketches that sought to make fun of modern television. The film is a bit of a cult classic and that is definitely helped by Richard's performance in a variety of sketches. He pulls down his pants to show the bulge in his undies before he sits on the toilet, but gets interrupted by his friend which leads to him having to standup and show us his penis!
