With that jaw line and those sky high cheekbones, we’ve had a thing for teen heart throb Shane West ever since his breakthrough role as Eli Sammler on Once and Again (1999). Good news for skin fans: Mr. West was twenty-one-years old when he starred as the high school basketball player, so no need to feel guilty after all that swooning. Originally from New Orleans, Shane got into acting in high school and soon popped up in hit shows like Boy Meets World where he played Nick, a classmate who flirted with Topanga and got attacked by Cory as a result, and as the swim team member turned gill monster Sean Dwyer on Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Packed to the gills with brooding sex appeal, all the teeny boppers' horny compasses were set to "I want to do West" in the 2000's, when Shane had a string of big hits starting with the James Franco hit Whatever It Takes (2000). What it took to make that flick a hit was a scene where Shane plays the accordion in his underwear, then attempts to hop in the shower with a lovely lady. She makes him get out. We'd make him put it in. Shane moved on to the Kirsten Dunst led Get Over It (2001) and, most famously, the Mandy Moore starring Nicholas Sparks adaptation A Walk to Remember (2002). Though he hit the small screen as Eli Sammler on the largely forgotten family drama Once and Again, after playing Tom Sawyer in The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen (2003) Shane found himself on a much more successful show, as he went on to play delicious Dr. Ray Barnett in ER. The son of a pair of musicians, Shane was well suited to play Darby Clark, 1970s punk rock frontman for the Germs in the biopic What We Do in Secret (2007). He was so good as Clark that before the film even finished production The Germs booked Shane to sing lead for their 2006 Warp Tour reunion, which further fueled our flame for the fine stud! Moving into adulthood, the teen dream was the mercenary Michael Bishop on Nikita, then finally flashed as the devil battling soldier John Alden on Salem. No need from broomsticks, those witches were riding his booming dick, and we got to see some ass in the midst of that action. Every wicked witch wants some West! Although memorable as Eduardo Dorrance/Bane on Gotham, these days you can catch in thrillers like Chariot (2022). While we'd love a nude scene, when it comes to the boys we loved in the 2000's Shane West's the best!
