Survivor's Remorse (2014-2017)

The always dependable Starz Network’s newest scripted comedy series Survivor’s Remorse revolves around basketball phenom Cam Calloway (Jessie T. Usher) who, like most big time b-ballers must balance fame and fortune after signing a multi-million dollar contract with an Atlanta-based professional basketball team. Cam, along with Reggie Vaughn (RonReaco Lee), his cousin and confidant, move to Georgia to begin Cam’s journey to success. Of course where there’s newfound fame and fortune, there’s bound to be opportunistic family members with their arms stretching out for a piece of the pie. From M-Chuck (Erica Ash), Cam’s older sis; Cassie Calloway (Tichina Arnold), Cam’s proud mama; Missy Vaughn (Teyonah Parris), Reggie’s well-intentioned wife; and Uncle Julius (Mike Epps), Cam’s uncle, the backbone of the family, together everyone must wrestle with the rewards and pitfalls that inherently come with being in the same stratosphere as a big time athlete. It’s more boobs than male flesh, but we do get shirtless action from Jessie T. Usher and RonReaco Lee in a couple of different episodes.
