Biography

Bald is beautiful when it comes to the versatile actor, director and playwright Terry O’Quinn. After studying at the Central Michigan University in Mount Pleasant and the University of Iowa in Iowa City, the promising performer made his movie debut alongside Kris Kristofferson, Christopher Walken, Sam Waterston, and Jeff Bridges in Michael Cimino’s epic Western Heaven’s Gate (1980). Talk about hitting it big right out of the gate! Through the years, Mr. O’Quinn appeared in other Westerns (American Outlaws, Silver Bullet, Tombstone, Young Guns) as well as thrillers (Black Widow, Primal Fear, The Forgotten One, Shadow Conspiracy); comedies (Blind Fury, Old School); and dramas (Places in the Heart, Mrs. Soffel). In 1991, he portrayed business tycoon Howard Hughes in the superhero flick The Rocketeer and General Alfred Terry in the small screen miniseries Son of the Morning Star. The boob tube babe also played Tom Tavner on Patriot (2015-2018); Commander Joe White on Hawaii Five-0 (2011-2018); Peter Watts on Millennium (1996-1999); and John Locke on Lost (2004-2010), for which he won an Emmy. Terry won us over with his titular role in The Stepfather (1987). The psychological horror film features Jill Schoelen, Shelley Hack, and Terry’s nude debut! During a bathroom scene, the skintastic stud bares his chest, undies, and butt. If that’s not erotic enough, O’Quinn also flashes his O’Peen and pubes! After glancing at his fine flesh, we understand why they made Stepfather II (1989). Suffice it to say, Terry’s naked turn is a real nail biter and rod riser!
