Texas Chainsaw 3D (2013)

A young woman inherits terror along with the family estate in Texas Chainsaw 3D (2013). Decades ago, a mob of enraged locals burned the Sawyer house to the ground in the wake of that other chainsaw massacre (you know the one). Now Heather (Alexandra Daddario), a distant relative, has inherited the Sawyer estate, and so she travels with her friends down to Texas to check out the place. When she arrives, however, she discovers that she's not the last surviving Sawyer after all. There's plenty of blood in this sequel-to-a-reboot (requel?) to The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, but although Trey Songz gets sweaty and shirtless, there's no nudity in this installment.
