The Way of the Dragon (1972) is a Chinese action film written, directed, and starring the legendary Bruce Lee. Originally titled Meng long guo jiang, the film also stars Chuck Norris and Nora Miao and follows a man who must defend his family’s restaurant in Italy from a group of vicious gangsters. The magnificent, manly Bruce Lee shows off his amazing abs at 42 minutes while practicing his moves on the balcony. We get a great look at those bulging biceps while he works out shirtless before sitting down to eat with a lucky lady.
