Popular character actor Walton Goggins is once again being hailed as the best part of a new series with his role in Amazon’s video game adaptation, Fallout. Known for his sultry Southern drawl and a tremendous talent for playing lovable baddies, Mr. Goggins is gaining even more fans for his portrayal of Cooper Howard, Western-actor-turned-ghoulish-post-apocalyptic-cowboy in the critically acclaimed series.
