Did you know that Liev Schreiber and Pablo Schreiber are brothers? That seems obvious, I know, so I wanted to take a look at the brothers' relationship with one another because it is quite unconventional. Not only that, but I want to see who is hotter. So let's decide!
Let's talk about Liev Schreiber. Liev is a star and he has been a star, but it was a wild road to get here. His childhood was crazy! He grew up with a hippie, unstable mother who forbade him from watching movies in color. It's amazing then that this guy who grew up in San Francisco communes wound up studying acting and earned an MFA from Yale. One thing that saved him in his troubled childhood was enrolling in Joffrey Ballet School in New York which began his interest in theater.
He started acting in the early 90s with his debut in the 1994 movie Mixed Nuts. This hottie made us all scream and cream when he played Cotton Weary in the Scream movies. He has played all kinds of roles from action stars to romantic comedy leads and he has a penchant for doing Shakespeare live and on camera. The bard would write the man a sonnet about this piece of man meat!
After decades of doing all kinds of things, he found an action hero home for himself as the titular lead in Ray Donovan. He showed his ass on the show as well as that adorable stubble of his. This man is always perfectly unshaved and I am here for it!
So where did Pablo come from? Well, Pablo has been here! Pablo is Liev's half-brother, for he had a slightly different upbringing. He was born and raised in a hippie commune in British Columbia where he was raised by Liev and Pablo's father five years after their dad divorced Liev's mom. He wound up studying theatre at Carnegie Mellon University, following in his brother's theatrical interests.
Pablo Schreiber has been hard at work being sexy and there is no doubt about that. You might not even realize how many things you have seen Pablo in, let alone how many of those things He played Nick Sobotka on the highly contested season 2 of The Wire, but you might remember him best for his role as Pornstache in Orange is the New Black.
He is now playing Master Chief in Halo where he continues to show us his ass. This is a major role giving life to a very popular video game and he is giving us the sexy virtual reality realness that we have all been waiting for.
Both of the brothers had shaky beginnings, but they both made a name for themselves and amazingly they both managed to do it on their own. Sure, they are brothers, but they each had very different starts on their journeys. They have worked together here and there, like in the movie The Manchurian Candidate, but they have mostly stayed separate. In fact, there was a rivalry at the beginning when Liev was worried that his brother would embarrass his blossoming career since he did not know if Pablo was even talented.
The boys have gotten over those fears and the two are now supportive of each other. So since they no longer have a rivalry, I figured we should stir one up. Who is hotter?! I'm just kidding!
