The "next Michael Phelps" is, as his predecessor, quite the looker, and it doesn't hurt that his sport requires him to wear next to nothing while competing.

He moved from France to compete for Arizona State under the same coach who trained Michael Phelps himself. His coach proclaimed "“Léon and Michael are both aerobic animals." Animals you say. Go on.
