Billy Eichner's latest movie Bros is being touted as the first-ever mainstream gay romantic comedy, as it is the first same-sex rom-com to be released in theaters by a major studio, Universal. However Bros sadly bombed at the box office despite stellar reviews from critics. In its opening weekend Bros scored only $4.8 million, which was way below industry expectations predicting a $10 million haul.
