This morning I woke up to a delightful thing: this trailer for A24's The Green Knight starring Dev Patel. Reader, I am not exaggerating when I say it got me very hornt up. It's no secret that the once lanky Dev Patel has grown into a certified beefcake, but I did not expect him to get my juices flowing by wielding a big sword for a little over a minute. I didn't expect it, but I loved it.
The Green Knight is an adaptation of the Arthurian legend of Sir Gawain. Dev Patel on the search for the titular Green Knight? Yes, please, thank you very much I need it. I've loved him ever since I saw his skinny ass in Skins.
But he showed off a much meatier, grown-up body in 2019's The Wedding Guest. He can act, he can look hot, and now he can brandish a sword. Help me, I'm swooning!
Watch the trailer and get as excited for me. A24 is behind the film and they haven't been shy about male nudity so far, so I'm feeling hopeful. Fingers crossed for an undressing in this movie because we are overdue for an update on Dev's derriere! But you can check out his previous twink bod here:
