Originally from Queens, NY, Ian Paola started his career as a music producer before making the jump to the big screen. He began dancing at age 5 and by 11 was writing his own hip-hop tunes. By 15 he was DJ'ing parties which led to a career as a music artist and producer. After spending time as an extra on a Hollywood movie set, Ian knew his passion was to be in front of the camera and within two years, he was able to land roles in some of the hottest television shows today like FX's The Strain and the Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson produced Power on the Starz network. Fan's of the show Orange Is The New Black may recognize Ian as Yadriel (he's the one who takes his shirt off and boxes!) Clearly this young stud has got the goods so we are optimistic that we will see more of this hunk very soon.
