Jake Weary is an actor, singer songwriter, and music producer who has been popping up in television and movies since his young teens. Son of Daytime Emmy Award winning actress Kim Zimmer and actor and director A.C. Weary, Jake began performing on his mother's show Guiding Light in 2002, followed by another soap, As The World Turns. He appeared as Kevin in the Nickelodeon spawned Fred trilogy, a series of films based on Fred Figglehorn's popular web series. Weary played Vince Keeler, a reoccurring role in the series Chicago Fire, and he has become a resident scream king as well in the horror films Zombeavers (2014), and the acclaimed indie, It Follows (2014).
Under his music moniker "Agendas", Jake has produced two electronic/hip-hop/R&B inspired EPs, the first, a self-titled collection released in July 2011, followed by "Tones" in June, 2012. With piercing blue eyes, fluctuating facial hair, and a mischievous brow line, Jake's look can skew younger or older depending on the role. In 2015, he took on the part of deadbeat Dwane Tisdale, the white trash criminal boyfriend of Jessica Lowndes in Lifetime's much-hyped head-scratcher, A Deadly Adoption (2015), starring Will Ferrell and Kristin Wiig. It was here, Jake gave us the network's obligatory shirtless scene, covered in fake tattoos and guzzling a beer.
But everything changed when Weary took on the role of Deran Cody on Animal Kingdom. He stripped nude for multiple scenes, but stole our hearts and undies when he delivered a rare ass to mouth gay scene in 2017, earning him the Manatomy Award for, well, Best Ass to Mouth Scene! He won yet again for his 2018 rough gay sex scene with Damon Erik Williams. A true industry pioneer!
