When his brother King Viserys Targaryen, played by Paddy Considine, loses his infant boy child, Daemon assumes that he's a shoo-in as successor. However, he morbidly celebrates the death of his nephew with a crazy orgy! This royally pisses off King Viserys Targaryen, and the episode wraps with King Viserys banishing Daemon from the kingdom, and naming his daughter as his successor instead.
