In new series! Sorry, we had to. Matt Bomer is executive producing a new Showtime series called Fellow Travelers. This one takes places during the McCarthy-era "Lavender Scare" - a time in the midcentury when politicians narrowed their focus on homosexuality, conflating same-sex relationships with communism as a political strategy. It was an especially scary time to be a queer person, and in Fellow Travelers, is the harshest of conditions in which Matt Bomer's character's gay relationship blooms.

He's a secretive politician who crosses paths with a bright-eyed young buck played by Jonathan Bailey. The two become lovers during this difficult time, and we then follow their relationship through pivotal moments in American history such as the Vietnam War and the AIDS epidemic of the 80s, Forest Gump style. Color us intrigued!

We're especially interested considering Matt Bomer and Jonathan Bailey are two of the sexiest openly gay men in Hollywood. It's such a treat to be around in a time when juicy gay roles are going to queer actors, and we know these two talents are going to make Fellow Travelers a can't-miss series. Sadly it's just now beginning production, so we'll have to wait a while to see what Bailey and Bomer cook up on screen together.

But we don't have to wait one more gosh darn second to see Matt Bomer and Jonathan Bailey naked and shirtless! Bomer recently showed his penis in Boys in the Band and Jonathan Bailey led the second season of Bridgerton with his fat jock ass out and proud.
