I've long screamed into the universe that there should be a million more movies and TV shows set on Fire Island. The universe has heard me screaming and it has delivered to me Last Ferry, a smoky gay thriller where a vacation goes horribly wrong. There's gorgeous cinematography. There's murder. And there are hot men. What more do you need?

Directed by Jaki Bradley, this film follows a young gay lawyer played by Myles Clohessy who goes to Fire Island to be his true self. While on this sexy vacation, he gets drugged and witnesses a murder. It's a lot for sure. A hot dude helps him out and while he's super grateful to him, he comes to learn that his new savior is suspicious.

Spoiler alert: his new savior might just b the murderer! WHAT?! TWIST! The rest of the film shows how this plays out. It's a really tense and sexy 'will they or won't they' and 'will there be another murder' all wrapped into one.

Sheldon Best and Ramón Olmos Torres both starring and they have abs for days. Lord, Sheldon's six-pack really is Best.
