Brazilian actor Miguel Lallo scored his breakout role as Felipe in Here the Whole Time, the 2026 screen adaptation of Vitor Martins’s bestselling novel Quinze Dias. Lallo plays an introverted teenager who plans to spend his school vacation safely hidden away with books and television, only to learn that his childhood crush Caio (Diego Lira) is moving into their home for two weeks. Score! The film marked Lallo’s first leading role and reached an international audience through Netflix. Getting the part was no small feat. More than 400 young actors responded to an open casting call for the role of Felipe before director Daniel Lieff settled on Lallo. The actor has said he first read Martins’s novel while auditioning and immediately recognized his own childhood insecurities in Felipe, making the role a perfect fit.
