Bullish (2013)

Bullish (2013) tells the story of five broke Berkley college kids who go from barely paying their rent on time to living the high life after some lucky stock investments send them into early prosperity. But as they set their sights on California's booming real estate market, becoming the youngest landlords around, a band of ruthless property moguls set out to teach these kids the harsh reality or realty. Set against the Occupy Wall St. movement and BP oil spill, this mid-2000s political satire tells a cynical rags-to-riches story and proves the old adage, more money, more problems. During simpler times, before friendships deteriorate, Phillip Correa still looks like a million bucks as he rips off his shirt and proceeds to get hot and heavy with his kinky costar Monica Barbaro. Unfortunately the scene cuts before we get to see all of his prime real estate. Maybe in the future Correa will let us cross that property line.
