Chimes at Midnight (1965) is an underrated Orson Welle's film that follows Sir John Falstaff played by Welles who has compiled parts of Shakespeare's Henry IV and other plays as Falstaff tells his tale of being Prince Hal's drinking buddy. The drunken knight goes on hilarious adventures with and without the prince around medieval England.
This movie isn't all knights in shining armor - sometimes the boys go unarmed! We are loving the retro rump on cutie patootie Norman Rodway when he gets out of a bath to bare his bum.
