City Rats (2008)

Eight alienated sorts are trying to sort things out in City Rats (2009), a dark tale of soul-searching Londoners loosely connected by their suffering and sourpussing. In fact, Jim (Tamer Hassan) is so miserable that he bides his time dropping watermelons off his office roof to test for the proper suicide splat. One day he spots MyAnna Buring on another roof--she's about to jump too! Instead of flinging themselves into forever, however, the two talk, and from there the pair embark on a their own personal episode of Sadsacks and the City. Kenny Doughty gets us jumping a little with a shower scene. We get to look at that glowing gumpdumper as he suds up.
