Edge of Tomorrow (2014)

The epic action flick Edge of Tomorrow (2014) is set in the near future where an alien race has hit the Earth with an all-out attack. The fate of the world rests on the back of Major William Cage (Tom Cruise), a military man that has never seen a lick of combat. That all changes when William is dropped into the middle of battle where he is quickly killed. And in an odd twist, William finds himself stuck in some sci-fi-ish time loop where he’s brought back to life and thrown back into the same battle over and over, fighting and dying ad infinitum. But with each rebirth, the reincarnated fighter begins to skillfully engaged the enemy, and with the help of Special Forces member Rita Vrataski (Emily Blunt), they get closer and closer to defeating the invading aliens. This explosion-filled flick is full of excitement and suspense, but it’s short on skin. Tony Way provides the only flesh, briefly baring his butt during one scene. Thanks to Tony, the future does look bright!
