Enrique Murciano is a Cuban-American actor who took seventh place in People Magazine's "Sexiest Man Alive" rankings back in 2006. George Clooney won, but we'd like a recount. Or a full frontal faceoff, either way. Born in Miami on July 9, 1973 the Enrique who will have you baila-moist spent his first few years in Mexico. Eventually heading to the USA, Enrique attended Tulane University and went to law school in Boston for a while before realizing he wanted to be in the movies. He bailed on Beantown and headed to the City of Angels but didn't have much time to ponder if he'd made the right call, since he made his acting debut as Alejandro in the action sequel Speed 2: Cruise Control (1997), after just his first audition. Enrique, who is a huge car enthusiast and claims to be able to change a flat in under a minute and a half, went on to appear in some critically acclaimed stuff like portraying a DEA Agent in Traffic (2000), Lorenzo Ruiz in Black Hawk Down (2001), and Jeff Foreman in Miss Congeniality 2: Armed & Fabulous (2005). But even with all that big screen success, Enrique is likely best known for playing FBI Agent and missing persons specialist Danny Taylor on Without a Trace, a role he held onto for seven years. After battling with Caesar as the human survivor Kemp in Dawn of the Planet of the Apes (2014), Enrique joined the Starz drama Power as Mexican drug trafficker Felipe Lobos. Felipe had us going loco in the episode "Three Moves Ahead." He's shirtless in a swimming pool getting blown under the water until a woman comes in and starts shooting. Get us a bulletproof vest and he can shoot a load on our chest. That is, if the Power star is looking for a power bottom! He was Meg's boyfriend Marco Diaz on Bloodline and the Altamira terrorist Poison in Bright (2017), but the brightest spot in Enrique's career came when he got political Senator Joseph Ramirez on Briarpatch. At one point in the whodunnit, Senator Ramirez sleeps shirtless on silk sheets until a smoking Rosario Dawson bites his hand. Wish the Senator was looking for some Congressman on man action, instead. We'd rock his vote! Most recently you could catch Enrique playing Junior in the new Father of the Bride (2022). In the immortal words of Uncle Jesse, Enrique Murciano, have mercy!
