Equus (1977)

Peter Firth stars as Alan Strang, a seventeen-year-old stable boy blinds horses with a metal spike in odd drama Equus (1977). Thankfully the animal abuser’s actions catch the eye of Martin Dysart (Richard Burton), a concerned psychiatrist. After a session on the couch with Alan, Dr. Dysart deduces that the spike-plunging dude is a bit of a horse freak. That is, he gets freaky with the animals, riding them naked until he ejaculates. But he's sensitive and cuddles with his hay-munching lovers after the act, rather than turning over and falling asleep. What a romantic dude! But when a two-legged ride comes his way in the alluring form of Jill (Jenny Agutter), Alan can't get it up, not even after Jill strips down and shows off her private parts. No, we're not horsing around. This one's got to be seen to be believed--so put your feet in the stirrups and your hand on your flesh crop and hold on tight. You’ll be bucking like a bronco when Firth shucks his clothes and shows every inch of his lean and youthful body during an attempted hook up with Jill in the horse stable. And you’ll be holding more than just your horses when Firth gives up a gland-tastic look at his rod underneath the moonlit sky. Giddyup!
