Monarch (2022)

A dramatic and twangy soap about the heads of a country music dynasty, Dottie and Albie Roman (Susan Sarandon and Trace Adkins), whose rise to fame and power may not actually be the origin story that everyone knows. When things start to unravel, it’s up to their daughter Nicolette (Anna Friel) to step in and do all she can to protect the family legacy while contending with her brother Luke (Joshua Sasse), the family business manager, as well as her sister and rival vocalist Gigi (Beth Ditto). For a broadcast program, the this sudsy series gives us some skin right out of the gate with a shot of sexy Brit Adam Croasdell in a bathtub. With this crop of country hunks, we’ll gladly save a horse and ride a cowboy!
