NCIS (2003-2022)

The longest running scripted, live action primetime show on TV that doesn't begin with the words "Law and Order," CBS' NCIS has been following the adventures of a Naval Criminal Investigative Service since 2003. You thought NYC had a ton of TV crimes? Get a load of all the Navy! Led by Leroy Gibbs (Mark Harmon), the team, made up of specialists in a variety of fields, is based out of Washington D.C. and focuses on solving crimes that involve Marine and Navy personnel and their families. Anthony DiNozzo (Michael Weatherly) is the wisecracking, ladies' man detective who rounds up the evidence to give to the elderly medical examiner Dr. Mallard (David McCallum). Abby Sciuto (Pauley Perrette) is the quirky, goth tech expert. Ziva David (Cote de Pablo) is the badass Israeli liaison officer, while Caitlin Todd (Sasha Alexander) is the former president protecting secret service agent who joins the team. Together, them and a bunch of others who leave or show up over the course of the show's 21 plus season run deal with everything from anti-government militias stealing Navy equipment to go on a rampage and a serial killer using a guillotine to send severed heads to a bunch of Navy boats, all the way to someone that's sending a powdered version of The Bubonic Plague to the various NCIS members. But while the Navy is well known for being far and away the gayest military branch, this one never lets us see that same sex, sexy side of the seamen. Since it was on CBS, there weren't many NSFW scenes on NCIS, but we do get to see Charles Shaughnessy play a guy who is banging one of the team member’s mom. When they are interrupted, Charles finds himself caught naked with a just a hat covering his junk. Hat's off to him: that's a great body. For an older guy, Charles rocks the skintastic moment like a guy half his age. Zeus Taylor may well in fact be half his age, but he gave us far more than a semi when him and Wilmer Valderrama both went shirtless while the pair took ice baths together. Do you prefer the lean Wilmer, or the beefy Zeus? It's tough to say without seeing what kind of submarine they've got stuffed into their shorts. If only NCIS had let us see what was going on under that water!
