Star Virgin (1979)

Imagine a woman was engineered in a test tube by robots after the demise of the human race and was then shot into space with her robot "Mentor" and his superiors. Now, imagine when she emerges from her tube as an adult, she's scantily clad and incredibly horny. That's what happens with our Star Virgin (1979), who immediately seduces her Mentor and asks him to teach her about sex. He does using videos, beginning with 1950s Adam and Eve recreations, except this time Adam (Bud Wise) is penetrating Eve (Tracy Walton) with a banana while the snake (who is actually an old man in a tree) gives Adam directions during this real-sex scene. There's a scene with Dracula and Ronald Reagan (just roll with it), plus a strip club scene that borderlines on a gang bang. Ultimately, Star Virgin has sex with herself and not Mentor, but he didn't exactly have the machinery to handle the situation.
