The Octagon (1980)

Back before he was a meme, Chuck Norris was a martial artist and action star of a ton of down and dirty low budget action flicks like The Octagon (1980)! Norris stars as Scott James, a retired karate champion who—as the saying goes—may be through with the past, but the past isn't through with him. While trying to enjoy retired life, he finds himself under sudden attack from a vicious gang of marauding ninjas. With the help of his old mercenary buddy McCarn (Lee Van Cleef), James is pulled back into action to eliminate this threat to his otherwise peaceful new life! If you're not interested in the type of action this film is peddling, fast forward to just prior to the one hour mark when Chuck Norris ditches his shirt to show off his oiled up physique in a boxing gym!
