Forget about budgies, owls, penguins, and toucans. When it comes to birdwatching, Mr. Man is far more interested in keeping his eyes on Eugene Byrd. The Pennsylvania native kicked off his career as a child actor in My Little Girl (1986). But once the little boy came of age, he came into our radar via performances in Dead Man (1995) with Johnny Depp; Sleepers (1996) with Brad Pitt; 8 Mile (2002) with Eminem; Light and the Sufferer (2007) with Paul Dano; Rails & Ties (2007) with Kevin Bacon; and Kings (2017) with Daniel Craig. Since then, Eugene could be seen alongside Aaron Taylor-Johnson in the drama A Million Little Pieces (2018) and heard in the animated flick Superman: Man of Tomorrow (2020). Ironically, Bryd made a bigger impact on the small screen. The boob tube babe played Oliver Cross on Chris Cross (1993); Lawrence Taggert on Promised Land (1998-1999); Sidney on Crossing Jordan (2004-2005); and Andy Diggle on Arrow (2015-2016). Of course, the ebony actor is best known for his portrayal of Dr. Clark Edison on Bones. (2007-2017). The forensic dramedy features Emily Deschanel, David Boreanaz, Eric Millegan, and Eugene’s fab flesh! We didn’t get to see the hottie’s bone, but we did get to glance at his abs when he steps out of the shower. We could refer to Mr. Byrd’s bare chest as a Eurasian blue tit or robin redbreast, yet we’d rather be talking about what’s beneath his towel — comparing it to a woodpecker, blue-headed pionus, and cockatoo!
