What Is "Queer" About?
Luca once again pairs two of the hottest actors working in Hollywood today for a tale of unrequited gay lust. Queer is based on the 1950s novel of the same name and is about an expat living in Mexico name Lee (Craig), who is a surrogate for Queer author Burroughs. He doesn't have much luck cruising the local gay spots until he locks eyes with the much younger Eugene Allerton (Starkey).
Lee is more keen on Eugene than the other way around, but they still have awesome, passionate sex together! Lee finds a way of further luring Eugene into his web of lust - inviting Eugene on a mission to find a rare plant with mind-controlling capabilities in South America. As you do.
