Cincinnati-born Hari Rhodes may not be a household name, but he made a respectable living jumping from one boob tube show to the next. The Buckeye babe made his acting debut with a small role in the drama Burden of Truth (1957) before moving on to guest spots in films like The Lost Missile (1958), The Nun and the Sergeant (1962), The Satan Bug (1965) and Mirage (1965). On the small screen, Hari earned recurring roles on shows like Daktari, The Bold Ones: The Protectors, The Streets of San Francisco, and Most Wanted. What we most wanted was to see Hari in the nude, but the closest we got was his shirtless, afro-blazing, cigarette-smoking scene in the exploitation flick Detroit 9000. Leave it to Hari to turn Motown into Show-town!
