This isn’t the first time the acclaimed actor has donned drag for a role. Mr. Bernal, who’s most memorable role may still be his homo-erotic naked breakout in the 2001’s Oscar-nominated Y tu mamá también, played a gay transgender drag queen in Pedro Almodóvar’s 2004 film La mala educación (Bad Education).
