After landing his first major part in 2003 he was offered several different roles but turned them all down in order to focus on his studies. After finishing school, he turned his full focus to acting and appeared in a number of movies and TV shows. In addition to his native French, he also speaks English and Spanish fluently which has helped him cross over into Hollywood, making his English-speaking debut in 2011 alongside Selena Gomez in Monte Carlo (2011).
