Born in Canada in the early 60’s, Rob Stewart had early dreams of becoming a professional hockey player. He was well on his way until an injury sidelined him permanently. Watching his athletic dreams fade away led Rob to pursue more artistic interests such as singing, writing and playing piano. After working various jobs, he and his cousin started developing their own television projects. Stewart began guest staring on various television shows which lead to him being cast as the lead in the Canadian action series Tropical Heat in 1991. Since then, he has appeared over 70 television projects and currently you can see him in the raw on the Canadian anthology series Slasher. If anything, the Passion of the Christ (2004) has taught us is that there isn’t much eroticism in viewing someone being nailed to a cross, but we'll give Stewart some credit here; his body isn’t so bad for a middle-aged dude about to be crucified. This athletic, silver fox has been entertaining our friends up north for over 30 years, we think it’s about time they share him with us.
