Voyages en Italie (2023)

The French romantic comedy Voyages en Italie (2023) centers around a married couple with children who have lost the spark in their marriage. In a bid to reignite that flame, Sophie (Sophie Letourneur, who also co-wrote and directed the film) suggests to Jean-Philippe (Philippe Katerine) that they go on a trip together anywhere in Europe that he wants. The only caveat is that they cannot go to Italy, since Jean-Philippe often reminisces about other trips he's taken to Italy with various ex-lovers. Naturally, he cannot choose anywhere else but concedes that they can go to Sicily, since it's not technically in Italy. In addition to spending a lot of time in a swimsuit, Philippe Katerine also goes nude for a sex scene with Letourneur, showing off his ass but also giving us a glimpse of his modesty pouch.
