If you haven't seen the Barbie movie yet, please do. It is SO much fun to see it in the movie theater. Everyone is dressed down in their most glamorous pink attire - men, women, kids, olds, everyone - and it has truly turned into an event. It also feels like an event when you see just how hot these guys are in the movie. In fact, Barbie is really a movie about Ken.
Seriously! I'm not the first to say that. A lot of reviews have come out by now that point this out. It is a really enjoyable film and Ryan Gosling is stunning in it, but he's also sort of the real star. In fact, the very feminine-seeming movie is about men. It's men and men as a whole. Gerwig tricked us!!! Hey, I don't mind because the men she cast are smoking hot!
There is zero nudity in the Barbie movie which is a huge disappointment to me. There is also hardly any mention of their lack of genitals besides one or two jokes. That leaves fans wondering: which of Barbie's Kens has the most real nudity?
Ryan Gosling
Ryan Gosling is The Main Ken and he looks AMAZING. His abs have never been more defined. This dude has a Marvel movie body in the friggin' Barbie movie. Ryan has luckily shown us his ass before. Gosling's goose has never been quite enough for me, but I have a feeling that I have to take what I can get with this guy.
Simu Liu
Simu Liu is the rival Ken. He looks amazing in his little shorts and muscle tanks, but we do not get to see more than that. It's a shame because Simu Liu hasn't gone nude at all yet. Is his nudity day coming? I certainly hope so!
Ncuti Gatwa
Ncuti IS a total cutie in this movie and he is also hilarious. The Sex Education star and upcoming Dr. Who is going to be a BIG star. But what about his ass???
Kingsley Ben-Adir
This dude had me cracking up during the movie. I ran back to Mr. Man to double check on his nude scenes and was simply heartbroken to find that Kingsley has never gone nude. Come on, King! What are you waiting for? Crown us with your dick already!
Michael Cera
I adored Michael Cera in this movie. He played Allen, an outlier doll that was briefly made and discontinued and who was simply supposed to be "Ken's friend". Hmmm, was it possible that Allen and Ken were more than just friends? Were they historically close? One can dream!
Anyway! Michael is the only Allen. I was pleasantly surprised by how funny this role was and reminded that Michael Cera is a national treasure. He has also shown his ass and I don't think that that gets talked about enough. So here I am talking about it!
Which Ken (or Allen) is your favorite? Forget Barbie. I want to party with Ken!
