Wyatt Cenac’s early career in the entertainment industry was behind the scenes.  Sure, he landed a few small guest spots on a couple TV shows, but it was when he became a writer on more than 75 episodes of King of the Hill that he really established himself. His work on that show and his performances as a stand-up comic helped him get a job as a writer on The Daily Show where he wrote on more than 500 episodes and won three Primetime Emmy Awards. Wyatt famously caused waves on the show when he and host Jon Stewart began to clash and he left the show.
