Excessive Force (1993)

In the 1990’s or 1980’s if you wanted to make a film set against the seedy backdrop of a crime-riddled city, you chose Chicago, IL! It doesn’t get any seedier than director Jon Hess’ portrayal of the city’s underbelly in thriller Excessive Force (1993). Burt Young plays mobster Sal DiMarco who suspects an officer took off with his cool three million dollars after a violent shootout. After sticking his minions on a policeman’s brother and partner, badass cop Terry McCain (Thomas Ian Griffith) will stop at nothing to get revenge. You’ll want to be handcuffed by Thomas as you get a look at his amazingly ripped bod, and a cavity search is definitely in order after getting en eyeful of a soapy and slippery Tom Hodges! Officer, we’ve been bad.
