Fidelity (2019)

The erotic Russian drama Vernost (2019) or Fidelity, centers on 30 year old OB/GYN Lena (Yevgenia Gromova) who becomes consumed with the notion that her seemingly perfect husband Sergey (Aleksandr Pal) is having an affair. After sneaking a peek at a text message from an actress friend of Sergey's, Lena takes a Tom Cruise in Eyes Wide Shut style plunge into the deepest depths of her imagination, but unlike Cruise, she succeeds in fucking the pain away. In addition to some bare buns from Vasily Rikhter playing one of her one night stands, we get to see all of Aleskandr Pal as she tries to get something going in their marriage! Not only does she pull down his boxers and start blowing him in bed, we also see his butt and backsack when the two go at it in the bathroom!
