The Blue Room (2014)

When Julien (Mathieu Amalric), a married man, begins an affair with the much younger Esther (Stéphanie Cléau), he gets much more than he bargained for in the he said/she said French thriller The Blue Room (2014). Julien and his wife Delphine (Léa Drucker) have been having issues in their relationship for a long time, but neither seems to want to just go ahead and end the relationship. Julien takes up with Esther and things only get worse between him and Delphine. When the police show up at Julien's hotel room to answer questions about a murder, he soon discovers that he may have underestimated all of the women in his life! Mathieu Amalric turns in a bold and brave performance in the film, which he also directed, and he spends a significant portion of the film nude!
