We Were the Lucky Ones (2024-)

Based on the book of the same name by Georgia Hunter, the 2024 Hulu miniseries We Were the Lucky Ones begins just prior to the outbreak of WWII and focuses on the fictional Kurc family, living in Radom, Poland. Their successful business has kept them mostly insulated from the rising tide of Antisemitism in Europe, however, as Hitler invades their home country, they soon find themselves on the run. Some family members flee to America, others go into hiding, and some get rounded up and sent to concentration camps, and as the war finally comes to an end, the surviving family members attempt to reunite. After a nudity free debut episode, Amit Rahav gets a little skin in the game in episode two, baring his ass while joining his girlfriend in the tub!
