I am definitely a connoisseur of bad movies. Yes, I know life is short and I should enrich it with Oscar-worthy material...but isn't it more fun to watch Spice World and Mommy Dearest?! I think so! These movies are so entertaining in their badness that they become good. Watching them is a guaranteed good time and I love them all from Reefer Madness to Troll 2, but I obviously love the movies with great nudity even more.
Here are my five picks are bad movies with really good nude scenes:
5. Road House
Let's get one thing straight for the straight men out there: Road House is camp. Road House is funny, rowdy, and action-packed...but it's definitely camp. You have Patrick Swayze and Sam Elliott (I guess this is where Sam Elliott got the idea that he is a cowboy), sweaty and glistening, wearing only tight denim jeans and not much else as they get all up in each other's faces because they all want to be at the Double Deuce. I think that's the plot? It's hard to concentrate when I am staring at Swayze's booty:
4.Tango Cash
Hey, speaking of super masculine and homoerotic films: let's get into Tango Cash. Sylvester Stallone and Kurt Russell are some of the most macho men in Hollywood in the 1980s and so they did the most macho thing of all: shower together. Hell yes, my dudes. That is exactly what I am all about. Tango and Cash do a little bit of soap tango in this very long scene that starts with their asses.
3.The Room
2003's The Room is considered THE best worst movie of all time by so many film lovers and lovers of trash. That's me, a lover of this kind of trash. I have seen The Room more times than I would feel comfortable admitting. It's almost dazzling how bad this film is. There are so many mind-boggling choices that are made and with every line, cut, and shot you are wondering how and why any of this was made. The answer is Tommy Wiseau. Tommy is the mastermind behind the movie who also stars in it.
Since he stars in the movie, he gives himself two long sex scenes that really showcase his ass. There is a lot of interesting thrusting in this scene:
This film is so insanely bad and entertaining that it inspired a movie about the movie: The Disaster Artist. Now that's some high praise!
2. Showgirls
Typically, Showgirls is remembered for its very explicit female nudity. Paul Verhoeven's wild thriller about the cutthroat ambitions of young women who want to be Vegas showgirls is definitely known for not being great. That said, it is wildly entertaining. The best part? There IS male nudity, too. Hooray! This film has a little bit of something for everyone. It has to in order to make up for that convoluted plot!
Kyle MacLachlan delivers the nudity when he serves buns in a pool scene. Oh, plus we get a little serving of his shaft when he is pouring himself a celebratory drink. That man bush is something to celebrate!
1. Starship Troopers
While we are on the Paul Verhoeven train, let's talk about his action flick Starship Troopers. This action parody is meant to be kitschy and silly, so it's not exactly "bad bad". It is being kitschy on purpose! Like Tango Cash, its best dudity happens in the shower. When the boys are showering together and goofing around in the locker room, they show off the goods.
Anthony Ruivivar even shows his ass and spreads his cheeks to show hole! That is really rare for any movie, so we have to give it praise for this gorgeous hole on main.
