The burly Brandon J. Dirden is an actor best known for his work in The Americans, The Get Down, Good Friday (2015), and his portrayal of Martin Luther King opposite Bryan Cranston in the Broadway production of All The Way. Brandon is the son of actor Willie Dirden. Brandon studied at Morehouse and the University of Illinois. After graduating, he made is Broadway debut in 2007 in Prelude to a Kiss. Brandon loses his shirt to play the surly Uncle Leon in the Baz Luhrmann directed Netflix original series The Get Down. The series is set in the Bronx in the 1970s and follows Zeke, a young aspiring rapper, and his friends as they run around the borough trying to follow their musical dreams. In the series, Brandon appears shirtless and sweaty in his Bronx apartment and the sight of his bare chest makes us a little sweaty too! We would love to get down with the sexy Brandon Dirden.
