Born into the famed Kennedy political family, Christopher Lawford started out following in the family footsteps. He attended Georgetown then went to Boston College Law School. After graduating, he began working as a lawyer, but his career was put on hold in the early 1980’s when he developed a drug problem. While attending a rehab clinic, he got into acting. After his recovery, he began working for a non-profit organization that helped people in need of drug abuse treatment. He would spend the next 20+ years working regularly as an actor on stage and screen while also working as a lecturer, volunteering for a variety of charities, and being involved in politics. Sadly, he passed away in 2018 at the age of 63 from a heart attack.
