Daybreak (2019)

Fitting in with the right high school clique is a matter of life and death, literally, in the Neftlix original series Daybreak. Debuting in 2019 but lasting just one season, the show follows Josh Wheeler (Colin Ford), a transfer student who is the new kid at his high school in Glendale California when biological warfare turns all the adults in America into zombies. Suddenly faced with the apocalypse, every high school clique bands together to use their unique skills to survive. From the hyper aggressive jocks who rule by force and conquer any tribe who can't stand up to them, to The 4-H Club who, naturally, raise the crops other survivors depend on, all the way to The STEM punks who create weapons using their science skills and The Cheermazons who intimidate with their good looks and gymnastic skills, every teen group stake out a position in this new world. But since Josh wasn't around long enough to join any clubs, he's stuck with the other misfits: Wesley (Austin Crute) Josh's former bully who has turned himself into a peace-loving Samurai, and Angelica (Alyvia Alyn Lind), an extremely young, fire loving child genius. Together, they deem their group The Daybreakers and vow to help Josh try and track down his girlfriend Sam Dean (Sophie Simnett) among the zombie filled ruins of California. Sam's former bully Wesley is also gay! A gay bully! We love this progress. He's played by Austin Crute and he's so cute when he is shirtless in bed, post-coitus, with Cody Kearsley in a long pillow talk scene. Cody's character claims to be straight, so he must just be taking a gay break. We also get to see the pair making out, locking lips in a time before the apocalypse. Mr. Man could watch that all day! There's also a look at Colin Ford shirtless as he has sex with his girlfriend before zombies take over the world. With those abs, she should be the one searching for him! Daybreak us off a piece of that!
