Dustin Coffey was born in Burbank, California but grew up in a number of different towns in Texas. He won a scholarship to study Theater at the University of LaVerne but passed on it to attend the American Music and Dramatic Academy in Los Angeles. After college, he worked as a barista to support himself while starting the Cinema Gym actors troupe. He has appeared in a number of TV shows including 2 Broke Girls and American Horror Story and has recently started producing work as he and a partner wrote, produced, and starred in a movie that was highly regarded on the film festival circuit.
