Lamont Johnson might never have reached the levels of fame Eazy-E and Freddie Mercury did, but he achieved enough success to deserve mention on the way too long list of celebrities who succumbed to AIDS.Johnson was born February 1, 1955 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania but died on February 14, 1984 in Los Angeles California, never living to see his thirtieth birthday. But before he left this Earth, he made sure to leave behind six very interesting screen roles. E. whose real name was Eugene, got his start by playing Frank Warner in the 1979 miniseries Roots: The Next Generations. He moved on to join John Travolta's older brother Joey Travolta in Sunnyside (1979) and Jodie Foster in Foxes (1980). After landing a recurring role as George Turner on the Florida based soap opera Flamingo Road, Johnson got naked for the crime thriller/action film Death Wish II (1982). The film follows an architect just trying to live a normal life. However, after his daughter is murdered by a group of gang members, the man decides to get vigilante justice by hunting each man involved in his daughter’s death down and killing them individually. E. Lamont plays the gang leader PunkCut, who is a seriously bad dude. Unfortunately Johnson never shows us his Johnson, but we get an amazing couple shots of his tight ass. Although the assault scene itself is far from sexy, E. Lamont Johnson’s full moon makes us howl! It makes sense that he was in a film called Foxes, because the man was an absolute fox! E. Lamont's last role came when he played Tommy on an episode of the dramatic, Maya Angelou crafted TV drama Sister, Sister. We can only imagine what he would have done with the rest of his career. As much as we love what he gave us, we can't help but lament the loss of E. Lamont Johnson.
