Eva Lasting (2023)

The Colombian Netflix Original Series Eva Lasting debuted on the streaming service in early 2023 but is set at an all-boys school way back in 1976. Camilo Granados (Emmanuel Restrepo) is the coolest guy among his group of super uncool losers at Jose Maria Root Public School, but by most standards, he's a pretty big dork. However, the entire school's power dynamics get a major shakeup when Eva Samper (Francisca Estevez) becomes the first girl to enroll in the school. Of course, her mere presence causes a rift to open up between Camilo, who instantly falls for Eva, and Martin (Sergio Palau), who thinks that she's harboring secrets and isn't the person she claims to be. Little do any of them realize that Sergio Palau's Martin is the one hiding things as he refuses to let his clandestine gay affair with Julián Cerati's Gustavo go public.
